On 23.12.2020 an interactive session on POSH Act 2013 at the plant of a leading Engineering Co. based at Manesar, Gurgaon was conducted by Adv. Ritu Dubey on behalf of RD & associates a leading legal firm based in Delhi. Prevention is better than cure is the core objective behind imparting this training. Implementation of this policy is now mandatory for all the organization or establishments where more than ten employees are working . Noncompliance with the policy leads to a heavy fine which may go to the extent of cancellation of license.
